Today was chest and back. The real deal, WITH the pull up bar again. I feel a little demoralized. I know that I’m still leaps and bounds above where I was on Day 1 of Round 1, but not where I was on Day 90.

It’s ok though. No worries.
Unfortunately, I didn’t do Ab Ripper X tonight because my stomach has been feeling weird all day, and just getting through Chest/Back was a stretch. Tomorrow I will make it up.
It’s good to be back at it. I feel better already.
OK so I’m slack.
Tonight I was feeling terrible. A weird side-cramp, all my numbers were down. That’s what 2 days riding in a car does for you I guess…not to mention my back’s been bothering me all day due to sleeping in 3 different beds in 3 days.
(EDIT: Also wicked dehydrated apparently.)
Oh well. I got Chest and Back in at least.
Plyo tomorrow, and getting straightened out for the rest of the week.
Morning Weight: 155 lbs.
Approx. another pound down. Crazy.
Today “should’ve been” rest day, but I have a wedding tomorrow, so I’m going to use it as my rest day. (Plus that will give my legs a break before plyo this week.)
So I pushed hard through chest and back, and realized that my form on Wide Grip Pulls is getting really good. I knocked out a solid 10 from full lock-out. That’s a first.
Also, did my first LEGIT diamond pushups with hands touching. Did 10 of those, again, a first.
However, I struggled with ab ripper. I’ve noticed that the chest/back workout always wears my core out for ab ripper. The pullups and pushups really use those muscles for stabilization.
No worries though, not going to stress about it. Going to hit Cardio X tonight.
