OK ladies and gentleman.
I’m calling this thing.
I finished up my last strength workout last night, and had used my vacation as my recovery week. So that’s it. 90 days, give or take.
I’ve lost roughly 17 lbs since I began Round 1. From 170lbs to 153lbs. My pullups increased by about 5-7 per set and pushups increased about 10-15 per set.
I am in much MUCH better shape than when I started.

Morning Weight: 153.5
This brings me to an even 22 BMI. I’m pretty stoked about that! Too bad this weekend is throwing a real WRENCH in my schedule. Nothing that can’t be overcome with time though, c’est la vie!

Got my sweat on. That is all. 155 looked mighty good…hoping for 154.5 in the morning!
Unfortunately, I’m boarding a plane in the morning for NJ. I don’t have resistance bands so I don’t know what I’m going to do for workouts. Probably some running and bodyweight stuff (pushups) and just resume on legs and back when I get home.
Morning Weight: 156 lbs.
Today was shoulders and arms. I pushed through it and got a good pump as usual. I feel really good through the first half of it, then hit a wall pretty fast.
Afterwards was Ab Ripper. I would say that I didn’t get the MOST amount of reps that I ever have today, but my form was cleaner (making them harder).
Cardio X later tonight. Trying to finish strong.
Morning Weight: 156.5 lbs
Hello again everyone! I know, I know, I’ve been gone for a few days…
I’ve been wrapping up another semester, (summer session to be exact) and that always throws me off my schedule a little bit. But I’m back and ready to finish up round 1.
I picked up where I left off with plyo. My weight has been pretty stationary lately and I feel pretty good about where I am. I would love to get under 155, but we’ll see.
OK so I’m slack.
Tonight I was feeling terrible. A weird side-cramp, all my numbers were down. That’s what 2 days riding in a car does for you I guess…not to mention my back’s been bothering me all day due to sleeping in 3 different beds in 3 days.
(EDIT: Also wicked dehydrated apparently.)
Oh well. I got Chest and Back in at least.
Plyo tomorrow, and getting straightened out for the rest of the week.
Morning Weight: 157.5 lbs.
So today was supposed to be kenpo x, but I subbed for Cardio X.
My hip flexors are TIRED…so kicking is just adding insult to injury.
I’m looking forward to finishing up next week and taking a break for awhile and letting my body chill for a bit.

Still trying to shed off that vacation water-weight.
Anyway, today was legs and back..I really don’t enjoy that workout very much, but I pushed through it…only 1 more time before day 90!
Also, pushed hard through ab ripper today…felt good.
Now its time for me to get my night-time sweat on with Cardio X.

Took in a good stretch today. I need it…doubles is killing me. But the end is neigh!
I haven’t weighed in the past couple of days to allow my weight to recover from “vacation mode”. Once I think I’ve had ample time to shed the excess water, I’ll start again.
Probably tomorrow.
Today was a travel day to get home, but hit up shoulder and arms.
Ab Ripper X and Cardio X will have to wait ‘til later tonight.
I’m carrying a lot of water from a bad diet this weekend.
Back to the grind!!
