So my plyo disc doesn’t read for some reason…while I’m in the process of getting another one..I’ll just have to do Cardio X instead.
Oh darn.
Morning Weight: 156 lbs.
Today was shoulders and arms. I pushed through it and got a good pump as usual. I feel really good through the first half of it, then hit a wall pretty fast.
Afterwards was Ab Ripper. I would say that I didn’t get the MOST amount of reps that I ever have today, but my form was cleaner (making them harder).
Cardio X later tonight. Trying to finish strong.
OK, so check it out. I spent father’s day weekend on the road…heading up to NJ to visit with my girlfriend’s family.
Needless to say, that much time on the road made working out difficult. I did, however, squeeze in a Cardio X workout one day.
So, Friday was my rest day.
Saturday I did Cardio X.
Sunday I did nada.
Today is monday and I’m about to start this week legit, with Chest and Back.
That’s what I’ve been doing.
Morning Weight: 158.5
Still trying to shed off that vacation water-weight.
Anyway, today was legs and back..I really don’t enjoy that workout very much, but I pushed through it…only 1 more time before day 90!
Also, pushed hard through ab ripper today…felt good.
Now its time for me to get my night-time sweat on with Cardio X.

Today was a travel day to get home, but hit up shoulder and arms.
Ab Ripper X and Cardio X will have to wait ‘til later tonight.
I’m carrying a lot of water from a bad diet this weekend.
Back to the grind!!
Morning Weight: 155 lbs.
Approx. another pound down. Crazy.
Today “should’ve been” rest day, but I have a wedding tomorrow, so I’m going to use it as my rest day. (Plus that will give my legs a break before plyo this week.)
So I pushed hard through chest and back, and realized that my form on Wide Grip Pulls is getting really good. I knocked out a solid 10 from full lock-out. That’s a first.
Also, did my first LEGIT diamond pushups with hands touching. Did 10 of those, again, a first.
However, I struggled with ab ripper. I’ve noticed that the chest/back workout always wears my core out for ab ripper. The pullups and pushups really use those muscles for stabilization.
No worries though, not going to stress about it. Going to hit Cardio X tonight.
Morning Weight: 157 lbs.
Legs and Back was a disaster today. I got a little over halfway through and just HIT A WALL. My food schedule got all screwed up today and I think that’s part of the problem. Let’s face it, my metabolism is on ultra-overdrive right now and if I don’t nourish myself right, I can forget going hard for 1.5 hours on a workout.
So I cut legs and back short and at least pushed through all of ab ripper.
Going to get myself straight and log Cardio X after dinner.
But hey, 157.
Morning Weight: 158 lbs.
Back and Biceps is a real killer…my arms get so blasted. To the point where I’m doing 2 pullups and struggling to do them late in the workout.
Ab Ripper was better today than it’s been in awhile…not sure why.
Cardio X awaits after dinner…hoping for 157 tomorrow morning!
